What is the warranty on our work?

At Core Concrete Inc., we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a warranty period of 3 years for all City-permitted work performed in the Right of Way. This warranty period is set by the City of Denver and is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality concrete work that meets or exceeds local standards.

For work performed on private property, we offer a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. It’s important to note that while we take every measure to prevent cracks from forming in the concrete, all concrete will eventually experience some degree of cracking. We take care to tool joints into the concrete to control cracking, but in some cases, cracks may appear outside of these joints. Hairline cracks are considered normal and not covered by our warranty.

If any cracks are wider than a nickel or pose a safety hazard, they are covered by our warranty and we will take the necessary steps to repair them.
